ARTICLE 1 - Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("GTCS") apply, without restriction or reserve, to all sales concluded by Le Maitre des Jeux with non-professional buyers ("the Customer"), wishing to acquire the products offered for sale ("the Products") by Le Maitre des Jeux. The Products offered for sale on the site are as follows:
- Subscription allowing access to the Le Maitre des Jeux website and features available to subscribers only.
The main characteristics of the Products, and in particular the specifications, illustrations and indications of dimensions or capacity of the Products, are presented on the www.lemaitredesjeux.fr website, which the customer is required to read before ordering. The choice and purchase of a Product are the sole responsibility of the Customer. Product offers are subject to availability, as specified when the order is placed. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are accessible at all times on the www.lemaitredesjeux.fr website and shall prevail over any other document. The customer declares that he/she has read and accepted these GTS by ticking the appropriate box before completing the online ordering procedure on the www.lemaitredesjeux.fr website. In the absence of proof to the contrary, the data recorded in the computer system of Le Maitre des Jeux constitutes proof of all transactions concluded with the Customer. ARTICLE 2 - Prices
The Products are supplied at the current prices shown on the www.lemaitredesjeux.fr website, at the time the order is registered by www.lemaitredesjeux.fr. Prices are expressed in Euros, exclusive of tax and VAT. Prices take into account any discounts granted by lemaitredesjeux.fr. These prices are firm and non-revisable during their period of validity, but lemaitredesjeux.fr reserves the right to modify prices at any time outside their period of validity. The payment requested from the Customer corresponds to the total amount of the purchase. An invoice is issued by the Vendor and given to the Customer upon delivery of the Products ordered.
ARTICLE 3 - Orders
It is the Customer's responsibility to select the Products they wish to order on the www.lemaitredesjeux.fr website, in accordance with the following procedures:
- Concerning Subscriptions :
- When registering, customers can choose their subscription
- At any time, from your personal space
Product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site, while stocks last. The sale will be considered valid only after full payment of the price. It is the Customer's responsibility to check the accuracy of the order and to immediately report any error. Any order placed on the www.lemaitredesjeux.fr website constitutes the formation of a distance contract between the Customer and the Vendor. Le Maitre des Jeux reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order. The Customer can follow the progress of his order on the site.
ARTICLE 3 Bis - Customer area - Account
In order to place an order, the Customer is invited to create an account (personal space).
ARTICLE 4 - Terms of payment
The price is paid by secure payment as follows:
- payment by credit card
- payment via Paypal
The price is payable in full by the customer on the day the order is placed. Payment data is exchanged in encrypted mode using the protocol defined by the approved payment service provider involved in banking transactions carried out on the www.lemaitredesjeux.fr website. Payments made by the Customer will only be considered final once Le Maitre des Jeux has received the sums due. Le Maitre des Jeux shall not be obliged to deliver the Products ordered by the Customer if the Customer does not pay the price in full in accordance with the above conditions.
ARTICLE 5 - Deliveries
The Products ordered by the Customer will be immediately available on his personal space.
ARTICLE 6 - Money-back guarantee and refund policy
The nature of the services provided by Le Maitre des Jeux does not allow for a right of withdrawal. If the Customer has taken out a subscription, this may be cancelled and will not be renewed on its expiry date. Any credits purchased cannot be refunded.
ARTICLE 7 - Responsibility of Le Maitre des Jeux - Warranties
Le Maitre des Jeux cannot be held responsible for system downtime, crashes or loss of data. Use of the Products is at the Customer's sole risk. By using Le Maitre des Jeux, you take full responsibility for the content you retrieve and what you do with it. Under no circumstances can Le Maitre des Jeux be held responsible for any illegal use of the tool made available online. We remind you that Le Maitre des Jeux and all its tools are not responsible for the use you make of them, nor for any potential risk of plagiarism or other illegal actions you may take. By using our tool, you assume that you are fully aware of these facts and that you are personally liable in the event of any problem with the published content.
ARTICLE 8 - Personal data
The Customer is hereby informed that the collection of his/her personal data is necessary for the sale of the Products and their delivery, entrusted to Le Maitre des Jeux. This personal data is collected solely for the purpose of executing the sales contract. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the transactions arising from them are governed by and subject to French law. These GCS are written in French. Should they be translated into one or more foreign languages, only the French text will be deemed authentic in the event of a dispute.
